Root for the Browns.

OSU was always the leader in Cleveland, but ND, UM, Pitt, and PSU also recruited pretty well there too. Cleveland is a football town in much the same way that Cincinnati is a baseball town. When the Browns left and then came back in this brutal reincarnation, that left a void that Tressel/OSU were able to fill in Northeast Ohio. If the Browns ever come back (stop laughing), then things will revert to form to a certain extent.

Cincinnati is its own state. Their mayor had "Cincinnati USA" on the letterhead before the governor threatened to cut off state funding. We should continue to do okay there.

As for the rest of Ohio? Forget it.
