Definitely moreso than Tressel has. And as a result, he would likely be competing against ND for top national recruits who are willing to entertain a midwestern destination. I can definitely envision some downside for ND on that front. Cooper did quite well for himself in Florida and California, as the numbers that he put in the NFL will testify.
