Urban needs to account for his health issues and his I'm-quitting-no-I'm-not schizophrenia from a couple of years ago, but yeah, this is about as safe a hire as there's been in a while.

Reminds me of this exercise. Urban-to-OSU would probably grade out #2 on the risk meter.
