Staub is excellent
We used to buy Le Creuset, but Staub tends to be more reliable these days.
Wusthof knives are also mentioned; that's been our go-to for years.
Great blog, BTW. I'm annoyed they have not done luggage yet (the answer for which is: Briggs and Riley)
