Treating the universe of college sports
like an exercise in capitalism sounds like the worst idea I've heard in at least an hour (HIGH BAR THESE DAYS). And yet I'm resigned to the notion that we'll end up there sooner or later, and pretty much everyone will be worse for it, even those who this wouldn't presumably touch.
