one thing to look at
is who has a Master's Degree. When Jay and I took a crack at a spreadsheet like this a few years ago, I remember us trying to see who had just a Bachelors versus who picked up their Masters, usually while a grad assistant.
It seemed like a lot of coordinators have that advanced degree and for some reason, not a lot of the minority position coaches did. Perhaps it can provide some insight in the severe position assistant to coordinator dropoff.
