Might be able to handle it all just in google docs, as far as data goes.

The draft could get pretty interactive. Make 22 days worth of it, or 11 days worth of it, 2 picks per day. Then each participant could do a write up on their site of who they picked, why, etc... (Instant material!)

Gonna have to think it through more, but I'm quite open to suggestions.
