but it's based on 247 rankings (and possibly Scout as well, since I think the former purchased the latter). So it only encompasses the last 20-plus years of recruiting.

Prescott is behind Clausen, Jaylon, Te'o, Sam Young, Dunham and Lynch. What's amazing is that of the top 20 recruits on the "all-time" list, eight of them are either incoming recruits or on the current roster.
