OT: Selling a Grandfather Clock --

I am strangely the owner of two grandfather clocks. (I like clocks.)

My parents bought a very expensive Herschede grandfather clock in the 1970's, which had great sentimental value to me. They literally don't make them like this anymore. It has 9 tubular bells, plays three chimes, etc. When my dad's second wife (a lovely woman) passed away it was the only thing I wanted out of their condo before we sold it. I had it shipped out to Omaha and had the case and the movements restored.

I also have a Howard Miller clock that runs fine and I currently have running. It works fine but I'll happily part with it. I'm not looking for much money for it. The things are a b*tch to move.

A local buyer would mostly likely be the best option. I've tried to give it away to local relatives without success.

Where would you advertise for a buyer. FB Marketplace? I'd like to find a good home for it.
