All I'll say is that he was one of the biggest supporters of genocide in Palestine, and he generally lacked principle or empathy.

In the Trump era. As Omahadomer points out Graham had a relatively decent reputation among his peers before Trump. He clearly valued access to power above all things. He stayed consistent on a few things- pro- NATO, anti-Russia, and pro-Israel, even if the political winds blew differently. But on everything else he changed his tune when convenient.
It’s likely bad news for Ukraine, although they are better positioned than they have been for a while. Also bad for the Western Alliance although that ship may have sailed.

He's fully out, married, and has adopted children just like Pete.
He probably won't run, but no one's batting an eye about it if he does.
There are some things that have actually improved socially in the last 20 years, as hard as they are to find.
