Is doping still a big problem?
It's a serious question to which I don't have a clue as to the answer.
My brother was a bicycle racer for Stanford so I used to follow it a little bit (and go to his races if they were close).
My interest has been when there has been an American in contention, notably Lemond and Armstrong. Obviously, the doping allegations about Armstrong were true, though he was far from the only one. How those guys have the cardio fitness to do what they do for three straight weeks is beyond me.
