Which of these guys is most likely to exceed expectations

at this level?

I think Pulisic is the one guy I would expect to excel at this level, but I dont know these guys’ careers well enough to make me think they might be anything other than “typical US MNT players”.

Reyna likes himself a lot, but I dont think that guarantees he excels. If anything, he seems like the type of player that will not be a team player and could point fingers if it doesnt go his way.

I just struggle to grant the US MNT any hope. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me for several decades .. f that.

Need one of the strikers to be hot.

An in-form 9 goes a long ways. Balogun and Pepi might have it in them.

Reyna over Luna seems the biggest gamble, IMO

I don't have much faith in Gio these days, given his stalled club career and meh USMNT performances of late, but here's hoping he finds his CNL 2023 form again.

I'm guessing Berhalter is there for set-pieces, which works for me. I'm resisting the urge to say anything about the injured list, lest I jinx us and add to it. I'm worried about GK, but I don't see any better options out there.

Otherwise, I think I'm good with Poch's choices.
