What's the deal with those "racing stripes" in her hair?

She said something in front of Congress that made Trump look bad (or she didn't fall on her sword for him) and I figured that was the end. (Can't remember what it was -- so much sh*t goes by.)

Her major competition was Hegseth, but he's a guy. I think he'll be the next to go.
