The chance Gyokeres put over was a result of two passes on par with anything you’ll see from Bayern/PSG. Just perfect from Trossard and a one time cross from Hincapie straight onto Gyokeres foot. I couldn’t believe it, Inexpected him to take 4 touches and maybe a corner. It was perfect until Gyokeres put it over by an eyelash.

Still, by far his best game in an Arsenal shirt. If he can start holding up play like that and develop some comfort with Saka, more goals like the first one against Fulham will come. It would help if referees wouldn’t allow fullbacks to mug him.

I dont know if they can beat PSG or Bayern in current form, but so feel a hell of a lot better than I did two weeks ago.
