Go listen to Westside Cowboy. Not really getting discussed outside the UK yet but I believe they will. Extremely versatile and accomplished for a band that hasn't even dropped a proper LP yet.

Found a few shows I attended in my Chicago days!

No new music recommendation here, but rather a new resource. Aadam Jacobs spent decades recording concerts in Chicago. A team of volunteers is now uploading all his tapes to the Internet Archive. There's going to be a ton of remarkable "early" shows for famous bands in here.

I just checked out the archive for the first time, and the first show currently listed is The Frames at Schubas in 2003. I was at that show. Mind blown.
