Second time in three years an ND player has gone top 5.
The last before Alt was Rick Mirer back in '93.
(This is admittedly an arbitrary cut line. Q and Stanley both went #6. So did Tim Brown. But it does suggest that ND is getting back in the business of putting high-end players in the NFL.)
