An overwhelming geopolitical victory for Iran on these terms
In asymmetrical warfare they just needed to survive to win. Not only did they do that, they will emerge with more control and legitimacy than they had going in, not only inside their country but also globally with their new ability to control the strait of Hormuz and use it for influence globally. Not only that, they showed that the U.S. is not prepared for war in this century which is a shear numbers game with cheap drones and missiles. It will take years to rebuild the ammunition that was expended in this war and all we’ve done is set back our military capabilities a decade for no gains of any kind politically or economically in complete humiliation.
