Unless the Democrats nominate little Marco, the nominee will be seen as an extreme leftist.
The democrats can decide whether to be extreme centrists, ie, trying to attract votes without any actual positions (Harris's campaign and StarmerAI would excite the Lawfare profs!), or they can actually develop and defend a platform for improvements that they'd like to make.
