Hasn't Fleming always been listed as a linebacker (i.e. this wouldn't be a switch for him).
You're pretty much spot on, though. I bet we'll probably run "4-3 personnel" (EJ, KLM, 2 true tackles, 3 backers w/o Neal/Fleming) against power teams, power looks, and likely running downs while "3-4 personnel" (EJ, KLM, 1 tackle, 3 backers + Neal/Fleming as end/OLB) against spread teams, spread looks, and likely passing downs.
