I hope this doesn't sound too simplistic...
because they're all young A-A with a defensive background (specifically secondary), but I think Brown has a little Mike Tomlin in him. Raheem Morris of the Bucs is another example. Young coaches without a lot of experience who are fiery, relate to players well and seem like natural leaders of men. Assuming that's what we have in Brown, I'd actually prefer Weis to be in the booth.
