2i is inside shoulder of the guard.
5 is outside shoulder of the OT. These can be a heavy shade to a light shade.
This is where it gets interesting. From the C to the OT, the numbering makes sense. But when you hit the TE, coaches number the gaps differently.
From inside the TE, to head up on the TE, to outside the TE, it can be:
7,6,9
7,8,9
6i,6,7
etc......
No rhyme or reason.
